Windows 11 Taskbar unlock

Here's a fun consequence of the Lock Taskbar feature disappearing:

Under Windows 10, with two screens, I've had the problem for years that the Taskbar on screen 2 spontaneously grows to 2 rows every once in a while. (The Taskbar on the main screen stays 1 row, as I want it.) The solution to this behavior has always been: unlock the Taskbar, resize the Taskbar on screen 2 to one row, lock the Taskbar).

Under Windows 11, the problem still exists. On my 2nd screen, the Taskbar has spontaneously resized to 2 rows. But now that the Lock Taskbar option has been removed, I have no way to correct this. So now I'm stuck with a double-sized Taskbar on screen 2.

That tells us how to change icon size on the Taskbar, it does nothing to resize the Taskbar itself, or unlock it.

ExplorerPatcher. Someone here suggested it. I installed it. Now my taskbar is back at the top, where it belongs.

This is a feature that many users want, but unfortunately, it is currently not possible in Windows 11. I heard that Microsoft is considering adding this feature, but there is currently no way to adjust the height of the taskbar in Windows 11.

Even if they let us move it would help. Whoever changed this should be fired ~ yesterday

I agree!!!! I want to move my taskbar to the top. Have been doiing that for years Way to screw things up for users MS!!!!
