Please note what I really wrote in February, “Well, here we go. Pictures ON the folders!? Isn't that nice? Now, who would have thought, when you go to "Choose a file to show on the folder icon," you would actually get one? Thanks to azhotaz and Windows XP”
It’s picture files ON the folder icon; not replacing it!!
Re-read my posts slowly, they start all the way back on page one of this thread.
Thanks!
Sorry, but this doesn't work. Did you ever have Windows 10, 7 or XP?
Apparently not. In those Windows Operating Systems, when you clicked "Customize/Choose a file to show on this folder icon," you could click a picture, in that folder and it would be FULLY displayed on the folder. Much like what I have attached. Unfortunately, my Windows 10 system isn't up now, so I cannot give an exact representation, but that is close. (Scott, by the way, you will find on an earlier page in this string.)
The way it used to be . . . (Thanks to azhotaz and Windows XP!
on page 3 of this thread . . .
See the pictures ON the folders?? Hello? That was the way it was!! That is what we want! Perhaps not 4 pictures, but 1 is good for me.
