I am unable to set-up a new PIN as it asks for a security code to be sent on a number I no longer have. I just updated my number on microsoft accounts and it says will take 30 days before it takes effect. Now I can't even log into my laptop. No option for password login or to change to a local account. Someone HELP!!!

So on my HP laptop it says that the pin no longer exist and you can reset password when you click on reset password it gives you the options of three questions that you should know when I answer the three questions it says one or more is incorrect so it won't let me go no further and I don't know the answers I'm sure I've been punching in the right one but it says I'm not so how can I get into my laptop

Hello, Thanks for the information. When I click on "command prompt" it has me select the profile first and then enter the password. I don't know the password my child set this up and doesn't know it either. When I hit forgot password it reboots the computer. It basically is taking me in a never ending loop that gets me no where. Anyway to bypass the password?
