YOUR PIN IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE DUE TO A CHANGE TO THE SECURITY SETTINGS ON YOUR DEVICE.
I am unable to set-up a new PIN as it asks for a security code to be sent on a number I no longer have. I just updated my number on microsoft accounts and it says will take 30 days before it takes effect. Now I can't even log into my laptop. No option for password login or to change to a local account. 2022-11-28T23:22:47+00:00 Hi,
This is a very risky way of solving this issue. You will likely have to reinstall all of your apps because they will not be associated with the new account. I have had Microsoft attempt this on previous computers and been abandoned when despite my warnings deleted files which I had said not to touch. I was left totally blind without a graphics card.
There was no way back because none of the accounts were working along with a multitude of of Microsoft created issues.
Your best plan of action is to obtain the verification code as I have explained in a previous post.
Kind Regards
John

2022-11-28T23:16:11+00:00 HI,
I have posted the solution. You simply require the verification code, which I have explained along with how I managed to obtain it. This is the first time ever that I have been locked out of any computer system.
Most tools I've found have a downside and 90% of the time you don't need them.
Kind Regards
John
