I am unable to set-up a new PIN as it asks for a security code to be sent on a number I no longer have. I just updated my number on microsoft accounts and it says will take 30 days before it takes effect. Now I can't even log into my laptop. No option for password login or to change to a local account. Someone HELP!!!

Hi MS.
Same issue for me. So why am I now locked out of my LT? The click to set up new PIN isn't working. I've looked at and tried the MS safe start options and they don't work either.
Surely, there must be a way around this?
What event, malfunction, or MS additional security features has triggered this. Secure is good but MS locking out the only user of a LT I need for my work is killing me!
