I am unable to set-up a new PIN as it asks for a security code to be sent on a number I no longer have. I just updated my number on microsoft accounts and it says will take 30 days before it takes effect. Now I can't even log into my laptop. No option for password login or to change to a local account. Someone HELP!!!

2024-02-18T20:33:12+00:00 Successfully resolved the issue by resetting my local account password via creating an admin account using regedit.
- Enable the built-in admin account: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/enable-or-disable-built-in-administrator-account-in-windows-11.709/
- Log into the new admin account
- Navigate to Control Panel>User Accounts> Manage another account, and you'll be able to change the password of the account you got locked out.
- Sign out and log in with the new password.
The fact Microsoft allows one admin to modify the password of another admin seems interesting security design choice.

2024-02-17T13:36:43+00:00 Hi I am now unable to get to my windows cuz it says unable to log in with pin due to security changes and when I click at reset my pin it loads for a while and back to the same thing unable to login with pin then I go to youtube and try and get a solution the solution isn't working for me and now I've set my pc to restart

2024-02-13T22:28:01+00:00 I had the same issue happen to me after I cleared the TPM. I had to clear it because I was unable to login to my work account.
Windows is designed in a way that it wont let me reset the pin or login to my account. It did not let me reset the pc either.
After a few restarts my Samsung NVME started throwing S.M.A.R.T errors.
Long story short, i ended up replacing my NVME SSD and installed a fresh version of OS :(
