I am unable to set-up a new PIN as it asks for a security code to be sent on a number I no longer have. I just updated my number on microsoft accounts and it says will take 30 days before it takes effect. Now I can't even log into my laptop. No option for password login or to change to a local account. Someone HELP!!!

    I had this issue and left my laptop for nearly 2 years trying to find a solution as I refused to lose my data. Finally persevered and found this video - super helpful. Basically making an edit in your Registry and bypassing the pin and using your Microsoft account password to log in. I tried everything before and this was the only solution!     I had this problem before then my bad luck I was forgotten my acc password, and then I changed but when I want to open command prompt it ask for my pass and I wrote the new one but is said it's incorrect.... pls help
