Not sure what this response is, but if MSN posts something they don't want people commenting on, they should make it so no one can comment. I have seen a lot of posts lately where people could not longer comment, of course the content of the articles favors the powers that be.
This Community the Microsoft Community is not the place to be posting comments on articles at msn.com. Complaints about moderation are acceptable (some of them) Comments about specific articles are not.
