How did I get blocked from commenting on MSN and how do I get unblocked?

It was my name that didn't meet their guidelines!

Yeah. Never thought I would censored from my comments. Very concerning. I don't even do social media. Thought I was safe just giving my feedback to MSN articles. Looks like I'll have to change my startup page to something else as well.

Just the fact that it's a violation of freedom of speech, Oh, well, I'll use MSN when needed, but already put my homepage elsewhere.

I have sent off a request several days ago using:

The three dots at the top right of page: help & feedback & send feedback.

Attached copy of web page and ticked box "you can contact me" and ticked box "Include this screen shot" (sends a copy of the page you are on.

I at least had feedback to say we are working on it, that was 2 days ago....

I'm banned as well. Says the decision to ban me is reversed but after checking for an hour I still can not comment. I didn't mind bots deleting comments that crossed the line but it feels like someone hit a button to ban me. Just weird. No big deal. Now I have more free time.
