Greetings
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
recently upgrade to Win 11 and it generally seems ok.
1 issue though is that the action buttons on epson scan no longer show (preview, scan etc)
if you click on the area they should be they still work and then appear- which is great if you know where all the buttons are!
it worked perfectly fine the 10 min before i did the upgrade then had this issue immediately after.
so far only found the issue on this one app
any thoughts on resolution.

Greetings
Hi,
I had the same problem with a WorkForce WF-2760
For those of you wondering if there is a patch not in Japanese you can follow these steps:
- Go to epson support site
- Search your printer scanner
- Make sure to select the correct operating system (Windows 11) as by default it detects it as Windows 10
- Look for Scan patch for user interface (v1.0) under the drivers section and download it
- You can also dowload it from here: https://download.epson-europe.com/pub/download/6440/epson644093eu.exe
- You can manually extract it with 7zip for example (I was unable to identify where the selfextractor extracted the files) and you will get a folder EPSONScan_W11P_20211102_S
- Run the setup.exe inside this folder
Regards,
Jorge
A lot of thanks Jorge! That worked perfectly! :)
A los hispanohablantes que no se enteren, esta es la solución que funciona.

I was able to find a fix on the US Epson site. I went to https://epson.com/Support/Scanners and selected my scanner (Perfection V37). Then I selected Windows 11 OS (Detected OS was Windows 10 x64). The downloads list updated and added a file called "Epson Scan Common Updater v1.0.0", file name ESCU_W11.exe. You download and run that file and, voila, the buttons appear again without the Alt key. When you run it, it doesn't present any dialog; just a quick blip and done.
