recently upgrade to Win 11 and it generally seems ok.

1 issue though is that the action buttons on epson scan no longer show (preview, scan etc)

if you click on the area they should be they still work and then appear- which is great if you know where all the buttons are!

it worked perfectly fine the 10 min before i did the upgrade then had this issue immediately after.

so far only found the issue on this one app

any thoughts on resolution.

Epson stated that they will not update V550 .

VueScan is a far better option

    Hi Phil,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

There may be an incompatibility with that software and Windows 11, though I have not see that reported anywhere.

The best first option is to uninstall that software, then go to the support page for your Printer/Scanner on the Epson website, to download and re-install the device drivers and Epson Scan software they recommend.

Hi Dave, I had EPSOM Scan problems after installing WIN 11 - although they were not obvious until the last day or so. These are

1 Missing Preview button - did not cause much of a problem - clicking on where it should be brought it up and it worked OK

2 A much more serious problem arose when I tried to add pages in the scan of a multi page doc to a pdf. When I finished, the pages were not added to the specified file as a single doc; but each scan had been saved as a separate pdf. I tried (as suggested) un-installing then re-installing the scan s/w. Unfortunately this did not work so I am at a loss. Either the scan s/w or WIN 11 must change - I see no work around to this problem which is beyond me. Any suggestions? Regards, Rod.
