I would need to refer you to my previous post. At system startup, open the BIOS console. Observe the battery, plug in the battery after a while to check it is charging up hopefully to 100 percent (depending on battery health).
So if it will charge in the BIOS screen then it must be Windows 11 right! So if so you will need to download the operating system, it helps you create a boot drive on a memory stick. You can open up a fresh install this way. Well that worked for me at least. I think if you upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 something gets left behind from Windows 10. Good luck.
