Windows 11/Battery dead and not charging

I updated to Windows 11. BIG MISTAKE! Now, My laptop battery is dead and won't charge. I see lots of people had problems with the battery not charging, but my battery is dead and so none of those work for me. Will MS pay for a new battery for me since they broke my laptop? Let ne jbiw uf tgere;s aything else I can do short of spending money I don't have on a new battery.

Reading all the comments from people who had this problem, Microsoft knew this was a problem and should have fixed it before releasing it to the public.

    Yes. I replaced the battery with another battery from same model laptop. Both laptops work fine now.

    In my case, I upgraded my 65w power supply to a 90w. Apparently I was plugging into someone else's power supply that had the same pin.

    I don't know what to say apart from steer clear from Windows 11. Apart from that install Linux The battery works fine there
