Banned from Microsoft Community (commenting on an MSN article)

I was reading an article from Microsoft Edge and noticed in the comment section that I was "banned from making comments" for violating the community standards. I thought, "well that's interesting, I have never made a comment before." I even checked the comment history in my profile and confirmed that I had never commented on anything. Perhaps I got banned for thinking something. Has anyone else encountered this?

Unfortunately the community you are referring to (MSN Community) is separate from this community (Microsoft Community - answers.microsoft.com).

    Oh is that right? Then why are the only things I can comment on is **** like Kanye West drama, Aaron Rodgers drama, or some other pop-culture **** but every political article is locked??

    Please note: "Thanks here again to Mr. Jones and Microsoft in allowing this discussion" The reply presented addressed Mr. Jones. I agree, however, with KRey32. Simply being banned without cause or posting seems an obvious malfunction in whatever sorting the MSN News "moderator" does. I am sorry my contribution was unhelpful.
