I have been using Windows since January 2021, but for last 1-2 months, I am facing a strange issue. Whenever I work on my laptop my mouse goes busy on a specific area on the screen. I am not able to figure out how to fix this. I resetted my pc, reinstalled mouse drivers but still I am facing this issue. But when I restart my laptop it gets fix but after some time it again happens. Could anyone help me to figure out way through this problem? I am on Windows 11 build 22000.348. I am in Windows Insider Beta Programme. Please
help me fix this.... Thanks

I Have the exact same problem, whenever the mouse goes in that screen region (see slightly shaded area inside highlight), the mouse pointer turns into a spinning busy wheel. Nothing can be clicked in that area. This is a clean work machine with nothing customized in here.
I have found a temporary fix: Using the Task Manager, kill the background process named "Windows Input Experience". The problem will come back at the next reboot.

It would be nice to have a fix to this annoying bug.
I have the exact same problem and I never had this issue before my upgrade to windows 11. It goes away for a while after I reboot. I'm really anxious for a permanent fix.
With the last windows 11 update I installed, around mid Jan, 2022.
Whenever the mouse goes in certain screen region, in my case bottom left corner, the mouse pointer turns into a spinning busy wheel. I lose touch screen control and mouse control
Its a new HP laptop with Windows 11 Home OS Build 22000.434
I just uninstalled the last update and it seems to have fixed the issue
ex: youtube video, I would lose control on the "pause", volume and "forward" as those buttons were in that region of the screen.
I can move the browser and video controls were fine
I have the same issue @Shaurya Bajaj - ever since my machine upgraded to Win 11 - moving the cursor to certain regions of the screen (particularly the lower portion) results in the Windows Wait Cursor appearing and I can no longer click. Similar to another poster I've found the only solution is to shrink the application I'm working in so that it fits in upper portion of screen, click the button I need to click, and then maximise the application again. Very strange behaviour - and very frustrating too!
