My mouse goes busy at a specific point on screen.

After reading most of the posts and trying all the suggested temporary "fixes", I got fed up and did something that appears to stave of this annoyance permanently. i am not going to say that this "resolves" this issue. I did these simple changes yesterday and the issue has not surfaced. Even after playing Asphalt 8 for hours (this usually triggers the issue for me in the past.)

This is what I did:

1. Click on the search icon in the task bar (thing that looks like a magnifying glass)
2. Click on the three dots in the upper right of box that comes up (options)
3. Click on search settings
4. Turn Safe Search "OFF"
5. Turn off "Work or School account"

That's it, no more annoying circle or having to reset Explorer.

Caveat: This is not a "FIX" for this problem and some persons may not like the idea of turning off these settings. So, that is totally your call. I truly hope the Microsoft people move their asses on this issue with a software patch that fixes it properly. This thing has been reported for months now and they don't seem to care.

I had this issue up until this week but a Windows update resolved it (I am on the Windows 11 Insider Developer build channel), so I'm sure it will be coming to the regular release soon.

Does any one have any idea how to fix or will it be fixed in next patch ? Does company know about this issue ? Usually issues with new patches or minor or even major changes won't bother me or i barely even notice them. But this is the first issue thats been really blocking my work or anything i do on system. I bet this is been happening to lot more people cuz people like me don't come on here forums like this and post stuff. I'm an indicator that this issue is wide spread.

With the last windows 11 update I installed, around mid Jan, 2022.
Whenever the mouse goes in certain screen region, in my case bottom left corner, the mouse pointer turns into a spinning busy wheel. I lose touch screen control and mouse control

Its a new HP laptop with Windows 11 Home OS Build 22000.434

I just uninstalled the last update and it seems to have fixed the issue

ex: youtube video, I would lose control on the "pause", volume and "forward" as those buttons were in that region of the screen.

I can move the browser and video controls were fine
