High ram usage while idle on a windows 11 pc

Just like the title goes, my laptop gets about 50~60 ram usage while idle, even though it has 16 gigs of ram. Tried checking with the task manager doesn't seem to spot anything going on. Also, I've tried fixing the registry, disabling startup applications, defragmenting drives, turning off Sysmain, as said on the Internet, but they all didn't change anything. Is there any way to fix this while not clean installing windows again?

My laptop is currently on Windows 11 build 22000,

as I wrote - try this:

    Update.

Were NOT fixed by boot settings \ auloaders \ services \ etc

Fixed to 25..30% after: disable Fast Startup on Windows 11

Alternatively, open Command Prompt (admin) and run the “powercfg /h off” command to disable Windows 11 Fast Startup.

    (and reboot)

To all those who offer a suggestions on how to fix high RAM usage on Windows 11.

    Are you using Windows 11?

What is your average RAM usage?

It seems to me that 45 to 55 percent is common.

Are you consistently running lower than that?

The ram in the subtotals is compressed. The percent is uncompressed. It is very much all your third party startup bloat.
