High ram usage while idle on a windows 11 pc

1.) I DON'T have Dell-Software on my PC !

2.) It's NOT a Server ! And It's NOT just one PC !

3.) It's NOT YOUR BUILD-Nr. and NOT YOUR Build ! ( 'cause It is Win 11 Build 26040 - 240122-1157 )

4.) It's NOT juste one person having the same problem !

5.) They R the same meaning ! Linux is much much better, not so hungry, much much cheaper and U don't need expensive Hardware every second month and U don't need Ram after Ram after Ram !! Also UR Datas are your Datas and they will stay IT !! Linux WILL NEVER make Office not useable ( like MS with BOUGHT Office Works, 2000 to 2003 to 2006 , 2010, '13' 16 to 356-ABO !! Same with OS-Versions since 3.10 !! ) !!

7.) NO, It was enough money ! I buy Hardware, If I wanna buy It, NOT If anyone is telling me to do !!

8.) Win 11 runs, but It's NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE !! Microschrott killed their SW on their own If It WAS GOOD !!

9.) I can write and do what I want in Power-Shell, reg, CMD, can disable VBS etc. ! Every "Update" later It's destroyed by Microsoft ! FW, Drivers, Chipsets, Apps, Taskbar ..... !!

From most of the screenshots I've seen, is this a Dell specific issue? As I stated previously I'm 60% usage on a fresh boot. Outside of that, I open Firefox and I'm solid 93% - 98% memory usage solid. I never drop out of the 90's. How are more people not complaining about this? This is a brand new computer that was wiped and Windows 11 installed fresh. Between the slow virtual desktop switching and the mouse lagging terribly this computer is unusable. Even my NVME is getting saturated from paging. My only solution is to go back to Windows 10 for a year+. This really sucks.

I have the same problem. I have 32GB of RAM. After a reboot I have a usage of 35% (11,2 GB!!) of my Ram. But if I check my task manager and sum up all memory usage, I only get about 2GB of RAM. So what is using the other 9+ GB of RAM? Where can I find it?

Uninstall the following applications or software , for checking purposes

HP sure click endpoint service

Dropbox

Desktopfenster manager (if possibleonly)

Micro-vm

HP sure click

Ditto

HP services scan

Set unwanted or rarely used application-related services to manual from automatic using services.msc application.

Delete or disable registered tasks under task scheduler application
