High ram usage while idle on a windows 11 pc

Just like the title goes, my laptop gets about 50~60 ram usage while idle, even though it has 16 gigs of ram. Tried checking with the task manager doesn't seem to spot anything going on. Also, I've tried fixing the registry, disabling startup applications, defragmenting drives, turning off Sysmain, as said on the Internet, but they all didn't change anything. Is there any way to fix this while not clean installing windows again?

My laptop is currently on Windows 11 build 22000,

Hey, former Windows 11 user here, so I bought a HP laptop with 8GB of ram and this ****version of Windows was bundled with it..
I didn't have much issues with it, until I noticed that the RAM usage was a bit too high. Windows 11 literally takes up ~4-5 GB of RAM compared to Windows 10's 1-2GB...

Whenever I opened a browser (for example, your **** forced MS edge browser) that uses about ~300MB, Windows 11 would literally SKYROCKET to ~71% RAM usage..

So if I opened any other app alongside with M$ edge, the RAM usage would go above 85%..

Then 10 over here uses so much LESS ram compared to Windows 11, opening a browser would only make it go to ~45%..

So what did I do and what's the solution?
Simple! I just created a Windows 10 USB drive and downgraded- oh no sorry I mean UPGRADED to Windows 10 Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com). There's still several years left until 10 stops receiving security updates and EOS's, so feel free to upgrade..

Windows 11 took away live tiles and taskbar toolbars, oversimplified the start menu and removed some features that I didn't use that much but I liked (such as the Timeline in task view)

I mean, just LOOK at this comparison..

    Windows 11 (absolutely ****):

    Windows 10:

That's a huge difference to me..

Windows 10 also feels snappier in comparison to Windows 11, like.. sure, some parts of Windows 10 don't have any animation but WHO CARES about "fAnCy WiNdoWs" and "mOrE aNiMaTiOnS", it's all about the performance, not the look..

    Hopefully this answer helped you..

You should be ashamed for your answer, where do you see a 3rd party program using so much memory?

I have 16gb of ram and with 2gb allocated towards browsing and 300 towards Visual Studio Code it runs at 89-95% RAM.
It shows how Microsoft has lost all care for consumer products and only cares for businesses where people get 1500 euro laptops to write excel all day.

You know the funniest part about all this, If I start up a game I'm having 0 problems playing that game, and the high end games I'm playing require more than 4gb RAM.

This shows windows is just grabbing extra ram to use for its own purposes. Probably spying and sending everything back to the office.

If I wasn't in IT professionally I would've refused to work with this product. ( And I'm advising people to drop windows daily now )
