High ram usage while idle on a windows 11 pc

Just like the title goes, my laptop gets about 50~60 ram usage while idle, even though it has 16 gigs of ram. Tried checking with the task manager doesn't seem to spot anything going on. Also, I've tried fixing the registry, disabling startup applications, defragmenting drives, turning off Sysmain, as said on the Internet, but they all didn't change anything. Is there any way to fix this while not clean installing windows again?

    Disabling the setting improved RAM usage at idle state for me

    That is what happened to me recently, I added ram to my desktop. Mine came with 16GB, I added an extra 8GB to make it 24GB, and my usage hasn't changed much and it seats around 45% with chrome opened with 3 tabs and Microsoft teams running in the background.
    Performance wise it does feel fine, especially because I used to have my computer slow for a hot second randomly before, and now after increasing the ram that problem hasn't happened. So Windows 11 will use as much ram as it can.

    Same problem here, 16GB laptop, Windows 11, memory usage is above >50% after restart.

    Even summing up all the processes in Task Manager doesn't add up anywhere close to 50%

    On board GPU disabled in BIOS in favor of the discrete GPU.

    It just measures how much RAM it should use. With 16 gb ram windows 11 becomes faster, because it stops to save ram. Instead, it eats much ram without any problem. Devs should do something, I don't want to have 64 gb ram to just run Windows 11. Less likely they are gonna do something with this. They'll just forget about it like dream. No one cares about optimization in present, sadly.
