High ram usage while idle on a windows 11 pc

Just like the title goes, my laptop gets about 50~60 ram usage while idle, even though it has 16 gigs of ram. Tried checking with the task manager doesn't seem to spot anything going on. Also, I've tried fixing the registry, disabling startup applications, defragmenting drives, turning off Sysmain, as said on the Internet, but they all didn't change anything. Is there any way to fix this while not clean installing windows again?

    2 Uninstall Dell-related software.

    3 Set Windows modulus install service startup type to manual

    1. Increase page file size from automatic to manual size.

    1.) I DON'T have Dell-Software on my PC !

    2.) It's NOT a Server ! And It's NOT just one PC !

    3.) It's NOT YOUR BUILD-Nr. and NOT YOUR Build ! ( 'cause It is Win 11 Build 26040 - 240122-1157 )

    4.) It's NOT juste one person having the same problem !

    5.) They R the same meaning ! Linux is much much better, not so hungry, much much cheaper and U don't need expensive Hardware every second month and U don't need Ram after Ram after Ram !! Also UR Datas are your Datas and they will stay IT !! Linux WILL NEVER make Office not useable ( like MS with BOUGHT Office Works, 2000 to 2003 to 2006 , 2010, '13' 16 to 356-ABO !! Same with OS-Versions since 3.10 !! ) !!

    6.) NO, I don't kill all my Datas !

    7.) NO, It was enough money ! I buy Hardware, If I wanna buy It, NOT If anyone is telling me to do !!

    8.) Win 11 runs, but It's NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE !! Microschrott killed their SW on their own If It WAS GOOD !!

    9.) I can write and do what I want in Power-Shell, reg, CMD, can disable VBS etc. ! Every "Update" later It's destroyed by Microsoft ! FW, Drivers, Chipsets, Apps, Taskbar ..... !!

    10 ) Linux will NEVER do this without asking U !!

    After 10 years of having this problem on all my windows versions, thats it, im finally installing ubunto on my pc, im a programmer, and despite windows beeing more user friendly, its not "multitask friendly" damn, you can have 64 gbs of ram the services running on the background will just eat that up until you only have 4gb left, its a shame

    Same issue. Brand new laptop with 16 GB of ram. Been banging my head on this. Fresh restart and I'm at 60% cpu. I have a Windows 10 box running with ~100 tabs across multiple windows and I'm running at 25% memory usage. WTH is Windows 11 doing behind the scenes? CPU and disk are non existent but memory is through the roof even on a fresh boot. I'm fine as long as I don't open anything.
