Thanks, Chien!
I'm sorry. I have Sticky Notes open, too, but it's not being used and is 28.9MB. That's not much.
Edge is the leading app open, and I'm using it to do research. I understand a lot is happening in the background, but I don't think this is normal. Even when I'm only using Edge, with maybe 20 -30 tabs open, give or take, the memory usage is between 85 and 94%, which is crazy.
I've used Windows since forever, and memory issues like this didn't happen until the last versions, Win 8 and 10, at least from what I experienced. I have always had graphics-heavy apps installed (Adobe, before it went subscription, Corel Draw, Fashion apps, etc.) and all open at the same time, with multiple browser tabs open, and never had this issue, and that was before I ever had 16G of RAM. It was usually 8G, and it worked fine -- although I once had a random HP with 12G of RAM.
Nonetheless, I'm not alone from the comments in this thread; we all can't be wrong. Windows 11 has a memory issue.
It went from a Disk 100%, CPU and memory issues in Win 10 to a memory issue in Win 11.
