Hello i am having issues commenting on anything as well for the same reason citing community guidelines which is ridiculous because its just my name ,
"The username violates our guidelines"
I tried commenting on an article for the first time today. When i went to sign up and agree to the terms a window said in red letters "The username violates our guidelines"...
my username is my first and last name so I don't understand why I'm seeing this. There is no option to dispute on screen https://account.microsoft.com/profile?ocid=msedgntp

2022-02-06T20:03:13+00:00 Hello, I am a Democrat and it is doing the same thing to me. I don't think it is an attack on your party choice. That being said I was wondering what else we all have in common with are accounts. People use their real name all the time so I don't think that is it. On the other hand my account is quite old, in fact it is a Hotmail account. I wonder if maybe that is it.
