  • Updates a known issue that affects Japanese Input Method Editors (IME).  Text you enter might appear out of order or the text cursor might move unexpectedly in apps that use the multibyte character set (MBCS).

    This Update KB5009543 needs to be addressed by Microsoft ASAP.

    We need a patch to fix this update. This update has crippled mine and may other companies. VPN during Covid is an essential service. Microsoft better get their Collective S--t together and fix it now. Uninstalling this update from over 100 users is taking up a lot of essential IT resources. 

    Where is the patch?

    Please stop pushing out update KB5009543 for Windows 10 since it breaks VPN protocol on all Windows 10 computers! There is a problem with this update!

    After installing KB5009566, IP Security (IPSEC) connections which contain a Vendor ID might fail.
