The fact that people care more about being able to change what country they watch Netflix in than someone monitoring their every single digital action without the ability for the vast majority to trace it is insane.

my ReFS mirror still in RAW state on my W10 Pro machine. Due to some errors I imaged the computer, but the ReFS mirror is still RAW. maybe too hasty, but Storage Spaces health still shows good. Will MS fix?

Yes. The newer cumulative updates contain the fixes from the previous update too. The latest update for Build 17763 is:

Do not that support for Windows 10 Build 17763 ended for Home and Pro editions.

All animations now run slow in browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and applications following windows update.
