Hello everybody! So, I was working on my computer when all of a sudden it just turned off. When I turned it on again, it just said that windows is preparing for 25 minutes. After that, windows started but ALL my information was deleted and I cannot access the windows menu and my windows key doesn´t work. Does anybody know what happened and what can I do to repair this? Yes, Windows 11 is already installed if you were wondering.

***^UPDATED 01/11/22^*REMINDERWindows 10, version 2004 reached end of servicing on December 14, 2021. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends that you update to the latest version of Windows 10.
To update to one of the newer versions of Windows 10, we recommend that you use the appropriate Enablement Package KB (EKB). Using the EKB makes updating faster and easier and requires a single restart. To find the EKB for a specific OS, go to theImprovements and fixessection and click or tap the OS name to expand the collapsible section.

2022-01-20T13:49:32+00:00 Is there no way to keep that stupid windows 11 update from downloading AGAIN!!!
I downloaded the update and decided I didn't want it to install so I deleted it. BUT EVERY SINGLE DAY IT REDOWNLOADS. There has to be a way for Microsoft to give you the options to stop this. I have turned off auto download but it doesn't matter. It makes me want to buy and Mac, which I am currently looking into.
