I guess there might hope at the end of the tunnel, but for now I'm sticking with Windows 10.

    Hello johnsoderberg,

Good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

Interrupting the upgrade process can cause your system to become unstable and not work properly. I recommend waiting for it to finish and check Kapil Arya’s guide below on How to Downgrade from Windows 11 to 10.

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

This is totally useless. My computer continually tries to download and install Windows 11. Each time if fails with a generic error that does nothing to assist me in figuring out why. It tries to do the Windows 11 upgrade 3 - 4 times PER DAY AUTOMATICALLY! The only way I have to stop it is to pause updates for a week. I used the PC health tool that you recommend, but it confirms I have everything needed to upgrade, but still fails. I called your support center and all they wanted to do was wipe my system clean and start all over. That would be totally unacceptable as I have too many things on here that would take a week to get back to normal even if I was able to get back to normal. There should just be an option to not upgrade, but there is not.
