You had me curious about going to a Macbook. I use Office/Word/Excell and that is not an issue with Macbook. However, my Dell printer is incompatible with a Mac computer. If you switch to Mac, make sure your printer has the proper Mac Drivers to run it. Mine does not.

JTTaylor2 and PortlandMT I'm still watching here and I have Windows 11 notifications on hold till the end of the month but I'm seriously considering moving into a MacBook. I can donate my PC to a school. Windows 11 was not ready for average users like me. The promise of a roll back clearly didn't work for a number of people. I have consulted two techs who confirm that we are not alone.

    Windows surely does suck.

Agreed. Are you going to let Windows 11 install then or stick with what you are doing?

I very much appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions.

    What a pain right?

For now, I'm staying in the 'pausing' episode of my life.
