how do i stop downloading and installing windows 11. I had a perfectly working computer before you ask me about this **** update. can't do anything with my computer now. so irritating when i have things to do and it's just destroyed and useless now. unbelievable i don't have time for this ****

2023-11-08T01:18:35+00:00 I have a 2-year-old ASUS laptop. Shortly after windows 11 was released I started getting messages about installing win 11 which I ignored. One day after turning on my laptop, windows 11 installed without my permission. My speakers no longer worked, plus several application problems, so I backed win 11 out. Since that time, I have had a pending update to win 11 again, but it has not installed. So, I assume that Microsoft no longer forces a win 11 install. I still get updates for 10 occasionally.
