Attempted Write to Readonly Memory blue screen issue

Hello

Am facing this issue from last week I tried all the online solutions with no luck

Should I reinstall windows ?

Am using windows 10

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Performance and system failures

    hi dave,

    i tried to install windows but after the process done it gave me ( Windows installation has failed )

    now am lost :(

    What method did you use, did you create a bootable USB and boot your PC from that?

    Hi Saba,

    This method must be done from a USB, you cannot do this from inside Windows.

    Backup your personal files.

    Click this link:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

    to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

    Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS) to begin installing Windows 10

    hi dave, hope all is well

    i don't want to reset it a lot of apps and data will be lost that's why am trying to do it through the media creation - upgrade method

    I contacted asus and they suggested reinstalling windows as you mentioned, so I downloaded Avast driver updater and after running it so far the BSOD didn't show! i will monitor it for a few days and will see what will happen,, maybe it's the solution after all :D
