Attempted Write to Readonly Memory blue screen issue

Hello

Am facing this issue from last week I tried all the online solutions with no luck

Should I reinstall windows ?

Am using windows 10

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Performance and system failures

    Hi Saba,

    Yes, re-installing Windows will usually stop the crashes, it is a lot of work, but worth it, if the crashes continue after re-installing Windows, that usually indicates a hardware issue.

    i will give it a shot with mediaCreation and will see what will happen ,

    for reference 5 days ago the laptop didn't read my external drive so I opened it and unplug it then replug it to read it again, do you think that caused a problem? but the blue screen was happening before that

    hello again

    i didnt try ,, if the windows installing didn't solve the problem will disconnect the drive and will see if it still happening
