wanted to let you know that the laptop since last time we spoke is acting normally, but today after I connected it to an external monitor I got the BSOD again :(

i don't want to reset it a lot of apps and data will be lost that's why am trying to do it through the media creation - upgrade method

I contacted asus and they suggested reinstalling windows as you mentioned, so I downloaded Avast driver updater and after running it so far the BSOD didn't show! i will monitor it for a few days and will see what will happen,, maybe it's the solution after all :D

This method must be done from a USB, you cannot do this from inside Windows.

Backup your personal files.

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS) to begin installing Windows 10
