Window 11 taskbar auto-hide turning off

I switched to Windows 11 a few weeks ago, and ever since then, the taskbar auto-hide quits working when the computer comes out of Sleep mode. I have to be away from the computer for a while before it will happen, and I believe it has something to do with me running dual monitors. When I wake my computer, my secondary monitor appears to come up faster than my primary by just a fraction. Once my primary is on, there is a message saying something about the taskbar already being hidden (I think) and the taskbar on my primary monitor has the taskbar up. When I go to Taskbar Behaviors, 'Automatically hide the taskbar' is no longer checked. I'll select it again, and it will work fine until the system goes back into Sleep mode for a while, again.

    I am running Windows 11 Pro. I just spent an hour with Windows technical support chat staff (2nd time for this matter) Previously I let them have remote access and all they did was exactly as I had tried numerous times. I did NOT allow a 2nd remote access. I was advised that updating to version 24H2 "SHOULD" fix the issue. In order to access 24H2, one has to join the Insider Program (3 options) as this version is not yet in full release. I have joined the Insider Program and run the update although my system STILL indicates 23H2. I will be watching to see if the problem persists,

    After my pc updated to 24H2 build 26100.1000 I have not had the issue recur but that doesn't mean that its really fixed. I'm hoping that it doesn't happen again and will report back if it does.

    i dont know what it will take for microsoft to accept this as a bug AND FIX IT. IT WAS WORKING WITHOUT PROBLEMS ON WINDOWS 10 WHY IS IT BROKEN HERE???? And they be like "oh wow it looks like windows 11 was a flop, cant even think of why this could be..." bruhhhhh

    If anyone is using Discord, turn off notifications. This fixed the issue for me.
