It is happening to me. I am in UK with Windows 11 (Dell)
Can't switch out of S mode: "Try that again"
I recently purchased a laptop that came with the S mode of Windows. On the first startup it automatically installed Windows 11 (so downgrading to 10 is not an option). After set up etc. I updated Microsoft Store and installed various Windows updates and tried to switch it out of S mode. Instead, for the past few hours and with each of the hundreds of attempts, I keep getting a window that says "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help" along with an error code that changes every time. I am burned out and all out of ideas, any assistance on the matter will be greatly appreciated.

2022-01-05T00:57:39+00:00 Same issue. Brand new Lenovo laptop. updated to Windows 11. purchased for my kid who needs it for school and who wants to be able to play minecraft. Been through at least a dozen fixes. Keep getting the try again message when I click 'get' to upgrade the store and exit S mode. Either the fix comes in the next few days or the machine is going back. So frustrating. I have used Lenovo for years. Seems like a Lenovo issue?
