Can't switch out of S mode: "Try that again"
I recently purchased a laptop that came with the S mode of Windows. On the first startup it automatically installed Windows 11 (so downgrading to 10 is not an option). After set up etc. I updated Microsoft Store and installed various Windows updates and tried to switch it out of S mode. Instead, for the past few hours and with each of the hundreds of attempts, I keep getting a window that says "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help" along with an error code that changes every time. I am burned out and all out of ideas, any assistance on the matter will be greatly appreciated.

2023-12-19T21:26:36+00:00 Hello Matt, I think the solution to this issue would be when you are performing the intital setup of your device, please go into settings, activation, and hit "Switch out of S Mode." Then, it would lead you to the Microsoft Store, login with your Microsoft Account, and done! S Mode is now opted out!
