csgo takes +- 20 seconds to start up

since yesterday i upgraded to windows 11. everything was fine and worked good. then i started up csgo, noticed it took so long to start up. like 20 seconds what was in win10 only like 2/3 seconds. i tryed to reinstal csgo. steam or even today did a clean reinstal of windows11. the problem did not go away...

it not a hardware problem.. it is a software problem ( win 11) every games runs perfect exept csgo wel if it runs it runs good. but its soooo slow... pleas help me out. i have tryed everything...

It also happens on regular SSD and HDD's

Same issue. I'm looking at 30-60s startup time, when before it was a few seconds. Csgo.exe won't appear in task manager until the said time and after it does, the game will start in secods.
I have run Process Monitor from Sysinternals to see what's going on and it seems that csgo.exe is browsing through c:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder the whole time before start up. There seems to be a few BUFFER OVERFLOW and FILE LOCKED WITH ONLY READERS results, but I have now idea what to inspect/try next.
Hopefully this will get somehow sorted.

Disable steam cloud for csgo solved this problem for me.

Thanks, I tried that. Did not fix it for me.

CS-Go is still loading in about 40 sec.
