csgo takes +- 20 seconds to start up

since yesterday i upgraded to windows 11. everything was fine and worked good. then i started up csgo, noticed it took so long to start up. like 20 seconds what was in win10 only like 2/3 seconds. i tryed to reinstal csgo. steam or even today did a clean reinstal of windows11. the problem did not go away...
it not a hardware problem.. it is a software problem ( win 11) every games runs perfect exept csgo wel if it runs it runs good. but its soooo slow... pleas help me out. i have tryed everything...

Regarding Steam's delay (which is still slow compared to its delay on Windows 10...), let's hope they improve it too (Source 2 on steam ??)

2023-03-18T01:02:27+00:00 I did this 30 min ago and then after I restarted my pc told me I need to set up my PIN and nothing worked till I did a back up from 3 days ago and now everything its ok, so no this did not work and I don't recommend it.

2023-03-25T14:14:32+00:00 I still have this problem with CS:GO, but I was also able to try the CS2 limited test, and it looks like there's hope - CS2 does not seem to have this issue anymore.
Hopefully it doesn't come back on full release :)
