csgo takes +- 20 seconds to start up

since yesterday i upgraded to windows 11. everything was fine and worked good. then i started up csgo, noticed it took so long to start up. like 20 seconds what was in win10 only like 2/3 seconds. i tryed to reinstal csgo. steam or even today did a clean reinstal of windows11. the problem did not go away...

it not a hardware problem.. it is a software problem ( win 11) every games runs perfect exept csgo wel if it runs it runs good. but its soooo slow... pleas help me out. i have tryed everything...

    So it is really the Windows 11 issues.

    Either Windows dev or CS GO dev have to fix it.

    It has been a month with no fix, sad.

    Updates: lagging while pressing u /y to chat and in buy menu , after those thing closed no lag. Getting worse...

    Anyone having the same issue?

    I google it and found it happened from the past too, and it can be solved by restarting the CSGO and STEAM, but not this time.

    Same, here. I used Windows 11 on Beta and that's already affected me, so i downgraded to Windows 10.

    But today, i trieyd a 2nd chance to Windows 11. It tooks 10 seconds or more to srtart CSGO.

    Ryzen 5 5600x

    8GB 3600Mhz (x2)

    GTX 1070 (The same issue when i tried with RX 580)

    Same problem for me. Vega56/R5 3600/ samsung 980, bios and driver up to date. After installing win 11 csgo takes + 20 seconds to start up
