csgo takes +- 20 seconds to start up

since yesterday i upgraded to windows 11. everything was fine and worked good. then i started up csgo, noticed it took so long to start up. like 20 seconds what was in win10 only like 2/3 seconds. i tryed to reinstal csgo. steam or even today did a clean reinstal of windows11. the problem did not go away...

it not a hardware problem.. it is a software problem ( win 11) every games runs perfect exept csgo wel if it runs it runs good. but its soooo slow... pleas help me out. i have tryed everything...

Im having the same issue, CSGO starting up terribly slow, that black screen for a few seconds, and also feels like its connecting to the server more slow then before (windows 10).

running on

ryzen 5800x

RTX 3070 TI

32GB 3600mhz ram

970 evo plus 1TB MS SSD

1440p 165hz msi monitor

gigabyte B550 AORUS pro V2 motherboard

csgo launch options

-high -nod3d9ex1 -nojoy -novid

Have searched and tried everything i found, cant get this resolved. It's damn annoying!

It issue since beta wind 11 since october release and till now... CSGO starts about 30 secs while win 10 need 2-3 sec before start. Microsoft need fix it.
