Windows 11- audio long delay before starting

After updating to Windows 11 on my 6 month old laptop, my audio files take 20 seconds to start or they do not start at all. This also causes a delay in videos starting whether the file is on my computer or a website. Has anyone else had this issue.

    changing power mode and power saving setting for each driver in device manager works for Bluetooth , LAN , WiFi , but not Realtek chip , the option is not even available , so I think its hardware issue or something,

    I solved this issue on my PC by reverting back to the previous Realtek driver using Device Manager.
