On my side on a ThinkPad X1, even with all the latest upgrades (BIOS, Drivers, Intel Upgrades, System) I still have the same problème :-(
I really regret switching to Windows 11.

Windows 11- audio long delay before starting

After updating to Windows 11 on my 6 month old laptop, my audio files take 20 seconds to start or they do not start at all. This also causes a delay in videos starting whether the file is on my computer or a website. Has anyone else had this issue.

This last one must be found apart, in the lower menu, click ADVANCED, and then down in the second menu case that says ADDITIONAL OPTIONS, you will find firmware update.
That´s all, it's been 6 days now with no problems in Windows 11 on my laptop with volume, video, and audio lag/delay.
