Over-exposure in screenshots and recordings with HDR in Windows 11

Hello, I am inquiring about an issue I can't seem to solve (without turning HDR off all-together, which defeats the purpose of having it even be an option in Windows 11)

In recordings (primarily using OBS) and in screenshots (with snip and sketch) everything appears extremely over-exposed / bright with HDR enabled. This is a big problem for me as I actually, well, want to use the OS normally. I record lots of clips and take many screenshots and I've finally gotten fed up of it and am now looking for a solution. Any help appreciated, thanks

(snip and sketch has since stopped doing it, however it likes to do it randomly now. commonly happens in fullscreen programs and also my web browser for some reason)

Working on a 3 monitors setup, two 32inch HDR, and the build in sdr screen of my laptop. I have to drag the things I want to capture to the little 16 inch display of the laptop to be able to take a screenshot that don't look like it was throw a flashbang at.
I was thinking it has something to do with the hdr certification of my original 32inch ktc hdr monitor, who doesn't have any specific hdr setting, but does support it at the end.
But when I bought a samsung oddyssey neo g8, I realised that issue will follow me for a long time, and by seing this is probably around since 4 years minimum, I'm not hoping to get a fix any time soon. And the fact that the screenshots are store in jxr with nvidia is a bit of a mess because all apps see this as a file more that an image.
Hdr is so good for everything, but hust because some bill gates isn't caring about his os is making it annoying for nothing. This issue could probably be fixed in a day by two random windows dev.

How has it been years wity no fix?

I record clips to show freinds in whatsapp via game bar revorder and nvidia instant replay. Using hdr is absolutely horrendous.

Please help with a fix for this. Clips are so washed out.

I don't wanna turn off hdr because it looks great in games

It's the competency crisis. Microsoft exclusively hires people who can barely read or write, and are vastly under qualified to be doing anything remotely related to technology.
