Over-exposure in screenshots and recordings with HDR in Windows 11

Hello, I am inquiring about an issue I can't seem to solve (without turning HDR off all-together, which defeats the purpose of having it even be an option in Windows 11)

In recordings (primarily using OBS) and in screenshots (with snip and sketch) everything appears extremely over-exposed / bright with HDR enabled. This is a big problem for me as I actually, well, want to use the OS normally. I record lots of clips and take many screenshots and I've finally gotten fed up of it and am now looking for a solution. Any help appreciated, thanks

(snip and sketch has since stopped doing it, however it likes to do it randomly now. commonly happens in fullscreen programs and also my web browser for some reason)

    On a side point, I changed the colour profile in Chrome which seemed to fix the issue when snipping from Chrome (which was my main issue). I've also tested snipping from Word (which obviously a change in Chrome shouldn't impact... ) and that was also fine.

    I went to here: chrome://flags/#force-color-profile

    and changed the colour profile to sRGB (the below screenshot was a snip with HDR on, and as you can see... it's now fine)

    This issue is still not fixed even in 22H2. Please fix. Screenshots taken with HDR enabled are over exposed.

    Same issue here sadly, use snipping tool all the time and currently only solution is to turn off HDR.

    Hope this one is sorted!

    Same issue here. Single Monitor. Using Teams or Zoom the output is completely washed out for everyone when sharing my screen. Ryzen 5800x, 2080ti, Windows 11 Fall Update 2022.
