Can you get this passed over to the technical teams to resolve this.
Windows 10 it worked fine w/ HDR enabled taking screen shots. This issue is only present in Windows 11 & is a huge flaw for any digital content creator out there.

Hello, I am inquiring about an issue I can't seem to solve (without turning HDR off all-together, which defeats the purpose of having it even be an option in Windows 11)
In recordings (primarily using OBS) and in screenshots (with snip and sketch) everything appears extremely over-exposed / bright with HDR enabled. This is a big problem for me as I actually, well, want to use the OS normally. I record lots of clips and take many screenshots and I've finally gotten fed up of it and am now looking for a solution. Any help appreciated, thanks
(snip and sketch has since stopped doing it, however it likes to do it randomly now. commonly happens in fullscreen programs and also my web browser for some reason)

Also experiencing this issue. Very frustrating. Based on microsoft's replies, they dont' seem to understand the issue here.
I went to here: chrome://flags/#force-color-profile
Wow, this worked! But I guess it would break youtube hdr support?
However, this doesn't solve the actual issue that Windows should always pick the correct colors, even if what is on screen is a mixed bag. I don't understand that development time for "automatic hdr" is more important and has more priority then fixing very annoying bugs like these.
Glad to hear it!
Worked perfectly for me, thanks so much for the tip.
