Crash Dump File may give himt of Game crashing?

Hello, I was told to pot these results here from WinDbg. My game keeps freezing and or closing. 3 other family members with separate logins also play the same game but have no issues.

If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.

    In order to stress test the non-Windows drivers the customized tests need to be selected.

    Each time there is a BSOD you will need to enter safe mode to run the commands to turn off the tool.

    It will not turn itself off and it must be turned off by the end user.

    The images so far displayed that no customized tests were selected.

    Please read the link on the methods to use the tool.

    Once you understand how to use the tool the customized tests will be modified.

    It displayed zero / no customized tests.

    Start with the 3 customized tests in the Ten Forums link.

    There is no need to post a querysettings until the tool is started with the 3 customized tests.

    If there are no BSOD the customized tests will be increased.

    Again please learn how to turn off the tool in safe mode using these commands:

    verifier /reset

    or

    verifier /bootmoderesetonbootfail

    Thanks, QU. I obviously have not followed this correctly. Will spend more time today/tonight to get this right.

    So as I better understand, are these the tests you refer to? You mention to complete the three customized tests.
    I have followed the tutorial twice but have only selected the bottom option - as per the tutorial. There is no mention of doing the others, right?

    On my desktop I do have a Memory Dump file, but I cannot upload it?
