The log findings during the past month were related to Video and USB.
There were many live kernel events.
The dump file in the opening post was incomplete and did not display the bugcheck.
There were many application crashes related to AirportCity
There were no BSOD seen in the logs.
There were no dump files collected by the log collector.
There was an unknown USB device.
Please perform the following steps:
- Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:
msdt.exe -id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic
msdt.exe -id PowerDiagnostic
msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic

- Plan to run overnight:

- Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images into this thread

- Uninstall the software related to AirportCity during the troubleshooting
- Reinstall the Intel GPU drivers from the Gigabyte website:

- List all hardware devices that were connected to USB ports during the past month
- Make a new restore point:

Learn the methods to recover from using the tool in safe mode using the commands:
verifier /reset
or
verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
verifier /querysettings
