Microsoft Store missing from Windows 10, can't restore, can't install apps

I did use the option to install Windows from the cloud, and I am the sole user and administrator of this laptop (which I'm writing on). It's really odd that everything else seems to work fine except Store and Photos. I'm going to to through the steps one by one, for sure. Do I need to reboot between every step?

So you aren't using a Microsoft Account? Weird, indeed. You should try running the script I gave you, as it installs the required Store services and the store itself. If it still isn't installed, try running the troubleshooter (WIN + I -> Update & Security -> Troubleshoot -> Additional Troubleshooters -> Apps from Microsoft Store PS: I am using Windows in Romanian, so the translations may not match the exact name of the options)

BEFORE DOING ANY OF THAT: Can you search in Apps and Features "Microsoft" and "Store" and send screenshots of both?

Try running the file you downloaded. If it asks you with what app to open the file, close the dialog and run this command in Powershell (Admin rights required):

Add-AppxPackage -Path "Path_to_file.appxbundle", where Path_to_file.appxbundle is the location to the file you downloaded.

NOTE: It may download with no extension; if it does. then open a Command Prompt Window at that location and type this command:
rename file file.appxbundle

where file is the name of your file

Did the Reset offer to download the files from the cloud? If not then it reinstalls using the same corrupt onboard files. That's why the Clean Install is better because there's no way it would start up without major features unless the media was modified.

Have you worked your way through all of the fixes I gave for Store, Photos app and Windows 10 install itself? Make sure to not skip any steps - we often find out later the skipped step was the fix.

It is very important that he/she tells us if they use a Microsoft Account, as the administrator may have blocked these apps.

Also, the apps may be blocked because of your country (I am talking about Microsoft Store)
