Microsoft Store missing from Windows 10, can't restore, can't install apps

I've tried all the troubleshooters and nothing works. When run this command in shell:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

...... I get this:

My Microsoft Photos is missing, so I can't get that back because the Store doesn't work..........HEEEEEEEEELLPPPP!!!

    I have 2 laptops. One with Windows 10 and one with Windows 11. I was using the Windows 11 laptop but decided to go back to the one with Windows 10 and lo and behold there was my Microsoft Store icon on the taskbar and it worked. Went to a couple of sites where it would say download from the store but nothing happened in Win 11, tried it with Win 10 and it works flawlessly. As of now I will stick with Win 10. For whatever reason the store doesn't exist in Win 11.

    Thanks to everybody who was in on this. Appreciate the things to try even though it wasn't working. Just go to Win 10!!!

    I downloaded the ISO from:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    My Display > Graphics have nothing set -- no Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling, and no Graphics Performance Preferences set for any app.

    At this point I'm considering going with the Windows 11 upgrade installer, and then reverting back to Windows 10, to see if it leaves in any better shape. What do you think of that?

    Also, can you tell me some details? Like, where you downloaded the .iso image from, in what country you are, and if you could provide a link to the .iso download? Thanks! It may be, as I said, a problem with your country, or just Windows itself.

    These are the specs from my laptop. It says Win 11 but I have now installed Win 10 Pro. My laptop does have two GPUs -- the built in GPU just says "Intel UHD Graphics", the others is the NVIDIA.

    HP ENVY Laptop - 15t-ep100
    Windows 11 Pro
    Intel Core i7-11800H (up to 4.6 GHz, 24 MB L3 cache, 8 cores, 16 threads) + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU (4 GB)
    32 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (2 x 16 GB)
    15.6" diagonal 4K UHD, UWVA, BrightView, micro-edge, AMOLED, multitouch-enabled, edge-to-edge glass, 400 nits (3840 x 2160)
    1 TB PCIe NVMe TLC M.2 SSD

    Try doing this in the new profile:
    Press Windows Key + I -> System, scroll down in the display section -> Graphics Settings -> Click on Desktop Application and select Microsoft Store App, then, where it says Select an application click on it and select the store. Let me know if that works. Don't have the Store open in that time!
