Microsoft Store missing from Windows 10, can't restore, can't install apps

I've tried all the troubleshooters and nothing works. When run this command in shell:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

...... I get this:

My Microsoft Photos is missing, so I can't get that back because the Store doesn't work..........HEEEEEEEEELLPPPP!!!

    I haven't done it yet..........kinda dragging my feet because it's going to be such a hassle to reconfigure the machine after reinstalling. I'll probably do it sometime very soon.

    Any advice you can give me on formatting the C: drive prior to installation would be great.

    OK, I'll try that. How do I run it under Windows 8? I don't recall seeing any option like that.

    You know, before I installed Windows 10 the first time, I was trying to wipe the C: drive first, because I was afraid of complications of simply running the installer on top of Windows 11. I couldn't find a way to wipe the disk first. I just wanted to boot to a command line prompt from USB and run a quick format on C:, but all it showed was X: and it wouldn't let me do it.

    That's what I said: troubleshoot it

    Well, I've already done three installs of Windows 10, so I don't think I'll be doing that again soon. I'm just going to leave it alone for now. I'll have to do without a few of the things that I like, such as RAW file thumbnails in the File Explorer and things like that. I don't use the Store for much, so I think I'll manage.

    Hmm, try doing this:

    install Windows 11

    then run from the .iso file (open it with explorer, and be sure to be the 10 one, not 11) setup.exe, in compatibility mode, under Windows 8. Make it run under Win 8 so we are sure it reinstalls the Store. Or you can try compatibility mode Windows 10, but I am not sure if it will work as I said. Anyways, after you run the installer choose what to keep. I would recommend trying layer by layer, first files and settings, then only files, then remove everything (if you don't need anything on that computer). Let it do its job and see if the Store works.
