Removing a Trojan Virus

Guys please help me i dont know how to remove it and i think it is a Trojan Virus and it says it is severe

    sir i already scanned the sfc three times now and its still showing the same results.

    Defender apparently removed it then. But Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner found a lot of other things, right?

    SFC is something different. It checks if any of the infections damaged your Windows System Files and repairs them.

    If SFC cannot repair broken System Files in 3 separate attempts, then the next step is to run a Repair Install which reinstalls WIndows while keeping your files, programs and most settings in place, by installing the Media Creation Tool from this link http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m..., open the tool and choose Upgrade This PC Now. This will solve most problems and also bring it up to the latest version which you need anyway and by the most stable method.
